The directors’ committee of the 44th Fantafestival has decided to assign the position of Honorary President to Luigi Cozzi.
Director, screenwriter and essayist, he is one of the founding fathers of the festival, way back in 1981. He collaborated with Dario Argento, writing among others the subject of Four Flies on Grey Velvet, before moving on to directing and creating films destined to become authentic cult movies, such as Star Crash and Hercules.
Since 1995 he has actively dedicated himself to the management of the Profondo Rosso Store and to a prolific activity as a publisher and essayist.
