The 44th Fantafestival dedicates a screening to the memory of Claudio Lattanzi, always a friend of the event, but above all a first-person protagonist of Italian horror cinema.
In addition to his collaborations with Michele Soavi on the sets of Stage Fright and The Church, he was the director of the cult Killing Birds, produced by Joe D’Amato.
In collaboration with Rustblade Records, Lattanzi’s latest work will be screened: the docufilm Dream Time (2023), written by Davide Pulici and dedicated to a key moment in the history of horror made in Italy, the golden times of the 80s and 90s, with exclusive interviews with the protagonists who marked that period.
